It just seems like the weekend flew by!
Abigail had a dance competition at Rose State College this weekend. That always brings the St. John family to Oklahoma. It's always great to watch her dance. She has grown and improved so very much. She got 1st - Gold on her duo, 2nd - Gold on her Solo. We are proud of Abigail.
Since the St. John family was in town, Kimi planned a cookout for her sisters and their families. It's not often that we can all get together just for a fun day of swimming and being together. The day was wonderful! Wish we could have taken Cade to the Night Kite flying, but Cade and I was the only one that was ready to go. After a full day of swimming, eating and in spite of the fact that is was very HOT! It was a good day!

HotDogs and Swimming
I have been fixing big breakfasts. Great dinners on the campfire. We went swimming this morning. What fun to float in the water. Then Hot-Dogs for lunch.
Weather is hot, but we are in a very shady camping spot. It is great! Ronda and Kevin joined us. We are going out for Bob's birthday tonight to the "Fireside Restaurant".

Lake Murray
We are spending Bob's last weekend at Lake Murray. We got here Wednesday night and will stay till Sunday. It rained a little the first night, but it has been hot and humid. We have been having a very relaxing time, sitting by the fire. Cooking hot-dogs (Turkey hot-dogs for me). We took a nature walk thru the woods and will go swimming.
Bob will be flying out Wednesday 17th of June. Time is going by really fast.

Route 66
I can successfully say that I have been down Route 66. It starts in Chicago and ends at Santa Monica Beach. I finally had lobster at "The Lobster" on the Santa Monica Pier. Not much sun while in California, so I didn't get a California tan and the wind blowing off the water made it pretty cold to swim. I did put my feet in the Pacific Ocean, just so that I could say that I could.

HOME
We arrived home last night. Unpacked the RV, took showers, went to Grand House for dinner.
This morning we went cleaned out the RV.
It was a great trip now it's end of the month and back to work.
