Wee mouse tin house

Sweet little metal box full of... mouses! Starting from this diagram of Mmmcrafts, you will be able to build from felt and fabric this house to hosting some small rodents that your children may carry wherever they want.

Moreover, it would be a great corner to save their first loose teeth and change them to the Tooth Fairy for small treasures.
Make a tiny friend from scraps and take it with you wherever you go! This wee little mouse is designed to fit inside an empty Altoids® tin and will fit easily in your purse. Can be made for a girl or a boy, depending on the colors you choose.

Tiny corduroy or flannel mouse
Stuffed pillow
Mattress
Blanket
Teeny teddy bear friend for the mouse
Lots of tips and tricks for easy construction -- No need to be afraid of tiny!

NOTE: This toy design is quite small and the teddy bear in particular may present a choking hazard. This is not a toy for children under the age of three!

Auction

I was trying to find health insurance and went online and filed out a couple of forms.
So I got this call from a very nice gentleman. We talked about insurance and my woos. He told me that he was an auctioneer and he did real estate. (I had previously interviewed a gentleman from Tulsa and he gave me a quote, but there was going to be $500 fee just to drive here from Tulsa.) So I set up an appointment with Loy Gooszen to see what he had to offer.

This was 100% the best decision that I have ever made.....

It took a couple of days to set up and it was the best way to get rid of the old baggage....

The best way to clean house...

The auctioneers were very well organized and very humorous and kept the crowd laughing and bidding. The sale went fast and got the job done. The building was cleaned up and I didn't have to move 1 box.

Thank you Loy Gooszen, Roger Hoskins and TE Mayo for a job well done!
I would recommend Bidder-Up Auctioneers, Inc.

30 years of STUFF

It is amazing what you collect in a 30 year span. Why do we save things that we know that we will never use again.

Then you line it up around the room. It all means something, it all has a memory, you go thru and look at the each pile and know just exactly where you got it or who gave it to you. CAN YOU IMAGINE how BIG your BRAIN IS?

Then you make rows down the middle

JUST look at all this stuff you have purchased in your life. So how much do you think you will get for all of this stuff? It will be very interesting to find out.... I will post on Saturday AFTER the auction.

My necklace

I have a necklace with the birthstone of my son's birthday. I wear it in March every year, then it stays on my Angel nightlight, beside my bed the rest of the year.

A mother's love, even if it was never meant to be.

Happy Birthday Son

March 20, 1977. My little man would have been 35 years old.... OH MY!

It's that time of year again. It is just amazing how fast time has gone by. Yet it's still so fresh in my memory. Clear as any picture in any book. I will never get that image and pain out of my head, holding my son's cold body for the only time. Everybody said I shouldn't take a picture, but I so long to see his face again. If you have a desire to do something no matter what it is. DO IT.... You can't go back and re-live that moment. EVER!

At some point, you have to realize that some people can stay in your heart but not in your life.
